Refund and Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artwork. Each piece is either one-of-a-kind or custom printed on demand, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

❌ Returns and Cancellations

Because of the nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to personal preference or buyer’s remorse. All sales are final.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement (for prints) or a refund (for originals), depending on the situation.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging or item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We may request return shipping of the item before processing a refund.

📦 Shipping Responsibility

We carefully package and insure original works during shipment. Once a piece has shipped, delivery delays or carrier errors are out of our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
